Summer’s favorite candy making supplies

My husband and I used to own a candy store where we made homemade chocolates. I fashioned Summer’s store after the one we used to have. Here are some of the tools we still use in candy making. (Yes, we still making candy, but on a much smaller scale)

Candy thermometer

Melting Pot

Double Boiler

Silicone Mats

Molds for chocolate

Funnel (great for making turtles)

If you want to temper chocolate by hand, like we do, this marble slab is a must have!

If you’d rather do it the easy way, you might prefer this.
